Position Overview

As an Industry Graduate, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with in-depth knowledge of our business operations. Under the guidance of an Asset Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience and apply technical knowledge in a variety of tasks to support ongoing industrial activities. This training will prepare you for a future managerial role within one of our assets upon completion of the program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations: Engage in daily facility operations, gaining experience in supervision, engineering, maintenance, project management, and safety.
  • Safety & Compliance: Learn safe operating practices, supporting the company’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) goals and initiatives.
  • Maintenance Management: Acquire skills in facility maintenance, including work order systems, preventive maintenance, and part inventory management.
  • Project Management: Participate in engineering and construction projects, performing project analysis and budget planning while prioritizing safety and compliance.
  • People Management: Develop leadership skills by managing staff planning, time management, and performance evaluations in a supervisory role.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Drive productivity and cost-efficiency projects to enhance facility capacity and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university, completed within the past two years.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
  • Strong grasp of engineering principles and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to learning.
