Administrative/Non-Teaching Positions
Terms of Service: Five (5) years contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deputize the Registrar (AHC).
- Manage staff matters and departmental budget planning.
- Implement university policies and procedures.
- Oversee departmental functions, service delivery, and disaster management.
- Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Plan and coordinate office accommodation and travel clearances.
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
- Must be a registered member of IHRM and a Certified Human Resource Practitioner CHRP(K).
- At least six years of experience in administration, three of which must be at the senior management level.
