Job Description (JD):
- Oversee procurement and inventory management operations.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and policies.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records and reports.
- Assist in supplier evaluations and contract management.
Counsellor
JD:
- Provide guidance and counseling services to students and staff.
- Address mental health and emotional well-being concerns.
- Organize and facilitate workshops on personal development and career planning.
Accountant
JD:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Manage budgets, reconciliations, and audits.
Driving Instructor
JD:
- Train students on safe driving practices and road safety.
- Prepare candidates for driving tests.
- Ensure vehicles used for training are maintained in good condition.
Secretary
JD:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
Customer Care Officer
JD:
- Address student and stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
Technicians (ICT)
JD:
- Provide technical support for ICT systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Assist in the implementation of ICT projects.
Technician (Fashion and Cosmetology)
JD:
- Support practical training sessions in fashion design and cosmetology.
- Maintain and prepare workshop tools and materials.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards in workshops.
Electrician (Re-advertisement)
JD:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Carpenter (Re-advertisement)
JD:
