Position 1: Manager, Insurance Services
Location: Central Office – MG 04 (1 Position)

Responsibilities and Requirements
In this challenging and rewarding role, the Manager of Insurance Services will oversee all insurance-related functions within KPLC, ensuring adequate coverage, risk mitigation, and policy management. The position requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the energy sector.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) K or equivalent qualification from a recognized body.
- Member in good standing with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in computerized financial systems and data analysis.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Position 2: Customer Experience Officer IV (Graphic Design)
Location: Central Office – MG 12 (2 Positions)

Responsibilities and Requirements
The Customer Experience Officer IV specializing in Graphic Design will be instrumental in enhancing KPLC’s visual communications and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, strong design skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics, Architecture, Business Administration, or related studies from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Industrial Attachment Opportunities (January – March 2025 Intake)
Location: Various locations across Kenya
Requirements
Kenya Power offers industrial attachment opportunities to students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector. This attachment program provides an invaluable learning experience for students aspiring to build a career in energy, business, or related fields.
Requirements:
- Must be available full-time for the duration of the program (3 months).
- Currently pursuing a Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Valid introduction letter from the respective learning institution.
