Research Administrator – Isiolo County
Key Responsibilities:
- i.Organize and supervise the implementation of all surveillance activities at various levels including household, environmental and health facility levels;
- ii.Ensure availability of requisite study supplies and materials at all times;
- iii.Serve as the point of contact and principal source of information on study matters and deliverables for the site; and produce regular progress reports as required;
- iv.Develop and design local training for project staff in collaboration with the study investigators;
- v.Work with scientific staff to ensure collection of high-quality data;
- vi.Work with other investigators to conceptualize and develop analytical plans for various data;
- vii.Provide study updates and liaise with relevant sub-county and county health management teams, MOH heads, opinion leaders and community advisory boards;
- viii.Work with project leads to contribute in the analysis of scientific results
- ix.Submit periodic reports of project status to the project team while identifying gaps and areas requiring further strengthening.
