Position: General Workers (Production)
Vacancies: 100 (Male) and 50 (Female)
Job Location: Kisumu-Miwani
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team of General Workers (Production). The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and be physically fit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of sanitary wares
- Follow all standard operating procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of K.C.S.E/Senior High School Education Level (Mandatory to have a KCSE Certificate)
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing company is preferred but not essential
- Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
- Willing to learn
- High level of integrity with no prior criminal background
- Team player
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
- Physically fit with no medical conditions
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
