CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST, THREAT HUNTING
The Cybersecurity Specialist, Threat Hunting is responsible for analyzing, improving, implementing, and executing security controls proactively to prevent external threat actors from infiltrating Bank information or systems.
The role further researches more advanced and complex attempts/efforts to compromise security protocols. The Cybersecurity Specialist, Threat Hunting reviews systems security, assesses security policies that control access to systems, and provides regular status updates to the senior management team. The overarching goal of the position is to seek out, identify, neutralise, evict, and prevent the re-entry of resident threat actors in the Bank’s networks, information systems, and technological ecosystems.

APPLICATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of Banks software applications and to make recommendations on software applications. The role also covers the efficient functioning and day to day running of the business applications.

AGENCY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The role holder shall maintain an efficient Card Management System and lead in coordination of Agency and Merchant channels initiatives. Deliver quality service to both internal and external customers and always provide high system availability of systems. Provide operational assistance and guidance in IT related areas to the Card Business team and ensure compliance of the payment associations.

The position holder will be responsible for managing systems infrastructure including servers, storage, SAN, operating systems, Active Directory, and virtualization. The position holder will also aid in planning and operations of systems infrastructure that is composed of diverse technology running on-premises servers, storage, SAN, operating systems.
