KCB Bank Hiring Ecosystem Analyst

The Ecosystem Analyst will support all ecosystem initiatives within KCB Bank Kenya, providing a central unified mapping of all solutions offered under the ecosystem against a specific anchor.

The role involves extensive data analysis, business performance analysis, market research, generation of insights, reporting and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Bank’s ecosystem strategies and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to ecosystem banking initiatives.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into the performance of ecosystem solutions.
3. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the ecosystem.
4. Ecosystem Mapping:

1. Create and maintain a comprehensive map of all solutions offered under the ecosystem, categorized by specific anchors.
2. Ensure all ecosystem components are accurately documented and updated regularly.
3. Market Research and Intelligence:

1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in ecosystem banking.
2. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:

1. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation and integration of ecosystem solutions.
2. Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to gather relevant information and feedback on ecosystem initiatives.
3. Project Support:

1. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ecosystem-related projects.
2. Provide analytical support for business cases, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
3. Process Improvement:

1. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ecosystem banking operations.
2. Implement best practices in data management and analysis.
3. Compliance and Risk Management:

1. Ensure all ecosystem initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2. Monitor and report on potential risks associated with ecosystem solutions.

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: –

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Qualifications in business analysis/data analysis tools.
• 5 years in data/business analysis with at least 2 years’ experience in banking/financial services sector.
• 3 years’ working with advance data management and analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Advance Excel, etc).
• 3 years market research experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders across the industry and within the organization.
• 2 years’ experience in management reporting and presentation.
