Academic Qualifications/Professional Skills/Expertise:
1. Certificate in Food Production or Culinary Arts.
2. Culinary experience of two (2) years in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
3. Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
4. Must hold a valid food handlers’ certificate.
