Key Responsibilities
1. Effective supervision of accommodation staff
2. Ensure effective and efficient management of accommodation facilities for students
3. Providing high quality accommodation to students and other guests of the University
4. Responsible for the overall smooth operations of the hostels in the University
5. Implement policy decision for the department in consultation with University Management
6. Custodian of the student hostel records and ensures seamless hostel booking
7. Performs and identifies training needs for hostel staff
8. Monitor and evaluates performance of staff and the department as a whole
9. Responsible for planning and control of the departmental budget
10. Ensure adherence to ISO requirements
11. Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the University Management from time to time.
Qualifications and skills
1. Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management
2. Computer Literate
3. Five (5) years’ experience in Managerial Position
