Job Title: Waiter/Waitress – Server
Job Description:
- Serve guests in the All-Day Dining Restaurant/Breakfast area.
- Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and provide recommendations when requested.
- Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and neat appearance of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to meet guests’ needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to their requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Attend required training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
