Role Purpose

The intern will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and direction.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  3. Professionally handle incoming calls and emails.
  4. Address visitor and client queries.
  5. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  6. Liaise with departments for smooth communication.
  7. Gather feedback to improve the reception and customer experience.

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic IT skills (an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
