Role Purpose
The intern will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and direction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Professionally handle incoming calls and emails.
- Address visitor and client queries.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with departments for smooth communication.
- Gather feedback to improve the reception and customer experience.
Key Competencies and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic IT skills (an advantage).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
