Jubilee Insurance Hiring Business Analyst

The role holder will work with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define, document, review and operationalize sales related business processes, reports and software requirements for automation and digitalization.

The process efficiency will include process designs for distribution of products through various channels, interconnectivity of core systems with apps and ensuring the overall operational efficiency of the individual life retail department’s ecosystem. The role holder will also assist with the business case, planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, translating and simplifying requirements.
