JOB SUMMARY:
- Identification, assessment, and treatment of Operational risks.
- Execution of Operational Risk processes to ensure compliance with set policies, standards, procedures, and risk appetite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Initiative – 10%
Support in the development of Operational risk management reports
Operational Controls – 90%
- Coordinate bank wide procedure manuals development and signoff.
- Update and monitor the incidents management platform and trend analytics.
- Collate and review the RCSA quality and reporting.
- Maintain the IT Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA).
- Assist in the bank wide Vendor Risk Management that include mapping and reporting.
- Assist in the improvement of the Operational Risk tools to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.
- Risk related certification(s) will be an added advantage.
