International Centre for Reproductive Health Kenya (ICRHK) is a Kenya-based Non-Governmental organization. ICRHK conducts research and intervention projects in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). Some of the specific areas of focus for ICRHK include HIV/STI prevention and treatment, addressing Sexual and Gender-based violence (GBV), improving Maternal and Child Health, promoting Family Planning, and addressing the needs of Adolescents in terms of Sexual and Reproductive Health through research.
Overview
Reporting to the Senior Research Advisor, the Senior MEL Officer will play a critical role in implementing and managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in the organization to ensure program effectiveness and impact. This position involves close collaboration with program teams to design MEL frameworks, conduct data collection and analysis, and report on findings to support continuous improvement and learning. In addition, the incumbent will support in proposal development for new business development.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in a relevant field, 5+ years in M&E within health projects; master’s an advantage
- Proficiency in statistical software (STATA, SPSS, SAS, R), digital health IT systems, DHIS2
- Experience in M&E plan design and implementation, and institutional M&E standards.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Competent in ODK, RedCAP; experienced in mobile data collection techniques.
- Knowledgeable in USAID/PEPFAR, FCDO and BMGF projects
- Verifiable experience in M&E of Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) projects including Family planning
- Excellent in communication, scientific writing, and proposal development
- Ability to work under pressure, lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration at various levels.
