Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience as a chef specializing in Gujarati cuisine, with a proven track record in high-end or luxury dining establishments.
- Mastery in creating an array of authentic Gujarati dishes, from street food to elaborate regional specialties. Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and the cultural significance of the cuisine.
- A flair for culinary innovation, able to put your own spin on traditional dishes without losing the essence of Gujarati food.
- Formal culinary training is a plus, but hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of Gujarati cuisine are essential.
