As the Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Hudutech Ventures Ltd, you will play a vital role in creating visually captivating designs and managing our company’s online presence. Your creative expertise and social media management skills will contribute to enhancing our brand identity and driving engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including websites, mobile applications, marketing collaterals, and print materials.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all design deliverables, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, to attract and retain our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maximize results.
- Online Presence Management:
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant content, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and reflects our brand identity.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns, including designing visually appealing templates and tracking campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into websites and digital applications.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of website design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
