Duties
– Providing administrative support and information management services
– Maintaining electronic and paper records/data, files, lists and databases, tracking charts
– Entering and updating data in departmental systems
– Keeping various manuals and publications up to date for reference purposes
– Generating reports on Common Services activities.
Attributes
– University Diploma or Degree from a recognized educational institution
– Advanced level in English (written and oral)
