To develop, consolidate and co-ordinate incoming and outgoing communication for our existing and prospective clients for HF Group’s Property portfolio. This role will enable HF Group to effectively tap into and improve real-time engagement with our existing and prospective clients, as they engage along the various stages of their home ownership/investment journey with us.

Principle Accountabilities
- Collate and develop content to be shared with various stakeholders (including service providers like lawyers, valuers, etc.) and agree with project teams on the communication calendarization and dispatch models across various communication channels.
- Effectively engage with our existing and prospective clients, across the various communication channels, in a robust manner so as to increase engagement and uptake.
- Prepare regular insight-driven reports to inform and improve the brand, product, service, engagement/communication and budgeting strategies.

- Monitor, evaluate and provide insight-driven reports about the robustness of the engine’s strategy, processes and reporting.
- Maintain, update and upgrade the data repository of communication’s information in collaboration with other internal teams and databases as per the approved KPIs.
- Report on ROI of the engagement/communications strategy from the pipeline and across the value chain from awareness to conversion.
- Horizon scanning with a view to identify opportunities for better solutions as well as awareness and engagement/communication models.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Education
A Business-Related / Social Sciences / Research degree: Preference for Marketing option, Communication/PR, Digital Experience
Experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in Communications, Customer Value Management, Lead Generation, Contact Centre Services, Research & Analytics
- At least one year in experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Verifiable experience in content creation and social media platform management.
