At its heart, KQ aims to: build connections between community members; foster mentorship and
learning within these connections that promote healing, hope, and action; and empower them to
flourish without any formal framework. KQ is a social movement, not simply a collection of
Programmes, and is designed to be ongoing long after its implementation, offering long-lasting
healing and social transformation to communities. We are working to transform communities – or,
more specifically, to have transformed youth transforming their communities.
KQ was successfully piloted from April 2021 till September 2023 across three counties in Kenya,
with support from Grand Challenges Canada (GCC). In November 2023, KQ was officially awarded a
Transition to Scale 1 (TTS1) scale-up grant which began on the 1st of January 2024 and is slated to
run for 15 months.
About the Role
To assist in the evaluation of the KQ project in its TTS1 period, GSN is currently looking for
Enumerators based in Nairobi, Kenya.
