Ticketing Clerks:

As a Ticketing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and assisting passengers with their travel needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers in purchasing tickets for various routes and services.
• Provide information about schedules, fares, and any other travel-related inquiries.
• Ensure ticketing procedures and records are maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Work with the team to resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs and requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized ticketing counter.

Parcel Clerks:

Parcel Clerks play a crucial role in handling and organizing shipments, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels to their intended destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Accept incoming parcels and cargo shipments.
• Properly label and document parcels for tracking and identification.
• Safely load and unload parcels onto and from vehicles.
• Ensure the secure storage of parcels during transportation.
• Assist in sorting and organizing parcels for efficient delivery routes.
• Communicate with drivers and other team members to coordinate parcel deliveries.
• Address customer inquiries related to parcel tracking and delivery status.

Subordinate Staff:

Subordinate Staff members contribute to various aspects of our operations, supporting different departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to different departments, such as maintenance, customer service, or administration.
• Assist in various tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and facilities.
• Support customer service agents in addressing passenger inquiries and requests.
• Aid in the organization and documentation of company records.
• Handle other duties as assigned by department managers.

Qualifications:

To be considered for these positions, candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum Educational Qualification: A minimum of a C- grade in the KCSE is required. Individuals with higher diplomas or degrees will be given preference. Original educational documents must be presented during the application process.
2. Good Conduct Certificate: Applicants must provide an updated Good Conduct Certificate from the Director of Criminal Investigation to demonstrate their clean legal record.
3. Effective Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential to interact with passengers and colleagues effectively.
4. Relevant Experience: Prior experience working in recognized institutions is advantageous and will be taken into account during the selection process.
