In this project, EPN will provide online training to EPN members’ health care workers and through the well-designed professional connection section of the portal, all the learners will subscribe to thematic groups according to their interest and participate in online discussions within these groups. At the end, each learner will have built professional improved health service delivery for better treatment outcomes.
B. Project Objectives and Scope of Work:
Deliverables:
- Develop of 12 courses and/or customize training curriculum and training materials according to identified gaps (At least 5 Modules per course (around 6h content)
- Slide development including artwork, videos, pictograms etc. for last mile health care workers
- Video Lessons with voice (using British voice, male & female) Slide deck with Voice Over
- Tests and Quizzes, Case Studies
- Online class discussions
- Perform full User Testing
- Development of Course Assessment Tools
Qualifications
The consultant will have the following minimum skill set:
- 1. Clear understanding of African health systems, clinical setting and policy dynamics with the focus on last mile Health care workers
- 2. Health Science background
- 3. Experience in working with similar projects (Capacity building experience)
- 4. Fluency in English
- 5. Additionally, French would be an advantage
- 6. Good IT Skills, independent working, creative and adaptive thinking
