The programme aims to transform young public officers to be effective leaders through a variety of approaches including residential training, experiential learning, coaching, mentorship, job shadowing, conferences and assignments, among others.
The Public Service Commission and its collaborating partners will cater for all the expenses related to this programme
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to the Fellowship, an applicant must:
(i) have served as a full-time employee of the Government, serving in any State Department for less than three (3) years on permanent and pensionable terms;
(ii) have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a university recognized in Kenya;
(iii) have graduated in the year 2017 or later; and
(iv) have demonstrated proficiency in computer applications; and
(v) be aged between 18-35 years

A Fellowship Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Programme.
