Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and off-boarding.
  • Uphold and implement our HR policies, spearhead compliance initiatives, and manage legal activities.
  • Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations, including proper record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Handle contract management, employee records, benefits administration, manage travel and expenses while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Oversee all the administrative aspects of the office operations and offer support.
  • Lead HR projects and oversee day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth running of the organization.
  • Implement performance management systems aimed at driving employee engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • In collaboration with the Finance Manager, prepare monthly payroll ensuring staff changes (new hires, terminations, etc.) are accurately reflected.
  • Train and provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Manage employee data and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.
  • Any other HR and Administration role assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Professional HR Certification either CHRP or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management is highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a mid-level HR position.
  • Preferably in the professional service industry. 
Additional Requirements
  • IHRM membership and a valid practicing certificate are a plus.
