Job Responsibilities
The Consultant Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will provide overall technical support and quality assurance during the evaluation of the Project in Kenya.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Demography, Development studies and related studies.
Experience Requirements

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics, sociology, Anthropology, demography, Development studies and related studies.
· At least ten years of demonstrable general experience in Project Management, Monitoring and evaluation.
· At least five years of responsible experience designing, managing, and implementing results-based project quality assurance activities, preferably for international development projects.
· At least five years of experience applying M&E methods, approaches, tools (quantitative, qualitative, and participatory), data analysis, impact evaluation, surveys, and reporting.
· Proven knowledge of and experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing and executing project assurance plans.
· Experience in Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting
