KRA Industrial Attachment Program: September – November 2023
In line with the Government’s Youth Initiative to cultivate a talented workforce for the Kenyan Labor Market, the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is inviting applications for its three-month Industrial Attachment Program, scheduled from September to November 2023. This program is designed to offer continuing 1st-degree students (Undergraduate) in their 3rd, 4th, and final year of study, as well as diploma students in their final year, a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in their respective fields of specialization as part of their degree requirements.
Objective
The primary objective of the Industrial Attachment Program is to provide youth with hands-on experience in their chosen fields. By doing so, KRA aims to equip them with practical skills and valuable insights that complement their academic knowledge.

Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be Kenyan citizens aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Be continuing 1st-degree students (Undergraduate) in their 3rd, 4th, and final year of study or diploma students in their final year from a recognized university.
- Possess a valid introduction letter from their respective universities.
- Be available full-time for the entire duration of the three-month program.

Application Guidelines
Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the e-recruitment portal. The application deadline is Sunday, 6th August 2023. It is important to note that incomplete applications will not be considered, and the Attachment Program does not offer extensions. Only selected candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.

Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive a monthly stipend of Kshs. 7,000, subject to applicable statutory deductions. However, it is essential to understand that the Authority does not charge any fee for the application process.
Submission Requirements
If chosen for the program, candidates will need to provide proof of a valid Personal Accident Insurance Cover, copies of their KRA PIN certificate, NHIF, NSSF, ID card, and bank account details.
