Description:
Supports cooperative societies in management and development activities. Provides training and advisory services to cooperative members, helping to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Support cooperative societies in management and development activities.
  • Provide training and advisory services to cooperative members.
  • Assist in developing and implementing cooperative policies and practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of cooperative societies.
  • Promote best practices in cooperative management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in cooperative management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in cooperative management or development.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Knowledge of cooperative laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with cooperative members and stakeholders.
