Description:
Supports cooperative societies in management and development activities. Provides training and advisory services to cooperative members, helping to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support cooperative societies in management and development activities.
- Provide training and advisory services to cooperative members.
- Assist in developing and implementing cooperative policies and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cooperative societies.
- Promote best practices in cooperative management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in cooperative management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in cooperative management or development.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of cooperative laws and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with cooperative members and stakeholders.
