2. Liaison Offices
- Facilitate inter-agency communications.
- Support stakeholder management and public relations tasks.
3. Registration & Compliance
- Assist in contractor registration processes and compliance audits.
- Maintain and update registration databases.
4. Research & Business Development Department
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Assist in preparing business development strategies and reports.
5. Training & Capacity Building Department
- Support in the organization and delivery of training programs.
- Evaluate program outcomes and maintain training records.
6. Internal Audit Department
- Participate in auditing financial and operational processes.
- Contribute to reports on compliance and efficiency.
7. Corporate Communications Department
- Draft and edit communication materials, including press releases.
- Manage social media content and media relations.
8. Finance/Accounts Department
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
- Support compliance with financial policies and regulations.
9. Human Resource Department
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare activities.
- Support HR documentation and policy implementation.
10. Administration Department
- Assist with office management and coordination of administrative tasks.
