The Programme Accountant reports to the Senior Programme Accountant, s/he and will support financial management and cash flow planning.
S/He will support the project in budget implementation and monitoring, reviewing, coding and preparing payment vouchers and surrenders in line with the USAID and Amref policies, processing staff field returns, preparation of donor financial statements and reports and call-down requests.
S/He will seek ways to improve the timeliness and quality of service provided by the finance team and assist in financial systems improvement.
