Amboseli Institute of Hospitality and Technology is a leading institution in hospitality and tourism education, committed to providing our students with hands-on skills and the knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic world of hospitality. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Deliver high-quality instruction in hospitality management and related subjects both theory and practical.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that include practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Guide and mentor students in developing industry-relevant skills.
• Organize practical sessions, field trips, and industry interactions to enhance real-world learning.
• Assess students’ progress through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Stay updated on hospitality trends to incorporate current industry practices into the curriculum.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory for those with significant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment.
• A commitment to the personal and professional development of students.
