Available Positions

  1. Senior ICT Officer, Grade 5 (Ref. 03/2024)
    Responsibilities: Reporting to the Principal ICT Officer, the Senior ICT Officer will develop the institution’s information security framework, enforce cyber security protocols, and manage data centers, infrastructure, and network security components. This role includes monitoring system operations, responding to security incidents, performing vulnerability assessments, and implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
  2. ICT Officer II, Grade 7 (Ref. 04/2024)
    Responsibilities: Under the Senior ICT Officer’s guidance, the ICT Officer II will install, maintain, and configure computer systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and user authentication. Additional duties include managing hardware specifications, training users, implementing cybersecurity measures, and conducting data backups and recovery operations.
  3. Accountant II, Grade 7 (Ref. 05/2024)
    Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accountant II will handle financial management tasks, including voucher preparation, data entry, and ledger maintenance. This role also involves safeguarding financial records and assets in compliance with financial regulations.
  4. Executive Secretary, Grade 5 (Ref. 06/2024)
    Responsibilities: Reporting to the Principal Administration Officer, the Executive Secretary will manage the Chief Executive’s diary, handle telephone and visitor appointments, ensure security of office records, operate office machinery, and supervise junior secretarial staff.
