Job Summary

As a Property Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing strategies to meet the organization’s goals. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation
    • Develop effective and consistent lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
    • Build a pipeline of sales prospects through innovative marketing techniques.
  2. Sales Execution
    • Engage and close sales deals with potential customers.
    • Provide after-sales support, ensuring excellent customer service and guiding clients until they receive their title deeds.
  3. Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Represent and support the Optiven brand in all interactions.
  4. Administrative Tasks
    • Undertake related tasks as assigned to support departmental goals and objectives.

  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Marketer or Sales Executive (experience in real estate is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of real estate trends.
  • Minimum of 2,000 followers on social media platforms.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Must be ready to start immediately.
