INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Murang’a County Government Internship Program is a government youth programme whose main objective is to offer college graduates the opportunity to gain hands on experience and
build skills in order to enhance their chances for employment, networking and entrepreneurship.
Murang’a County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons as interns under the county internship programme in different specializations as indicated below:
REGISTERED NURSES INTERNS- THIRTY (30) posts
Requirements for appointment
(i) Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing, Kenya Registered Nursing, Kenya Registered Midwifery, Kenya Registered Nursing/Midwifery or Kenya Registered Nursing/Mental Health and Psychiatry from a recognized institution;
(ii) Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya; and
(iii) Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya;
(iv) Be aged 35 years and below.
PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIST INTERNS–TWENTY (20) POSTS
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have a: –
(i) Diploma in either Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent qualification approved by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board from a recognized institution; and
(ii) Certificate of enrollment as a Pharmaceutical Technologist awarded by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB)
(iii) Be aged 35 years and below.
