We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious professional with a deep understanding of the political, economic, and social barriers to trade and a track record of driving change in international organisation contexts. The Communications Manager-USAID ERRA will develop and execute strategies that enhance USAID-ERRA’s reputation. The Manager will support the Chief of the Party in engaging the donor in addition to other key stakeholders’ stakeholders like the media, the private sector involved in the implementation of the programme, as well as TMA staff. They will ensure messages are aligned with USAID interests and provide strategic communications advice to the Chief of Party and ERRA staff. The role involves leading high-impact campaigns, media outreach, partnerships, and events, and actively seeking opportunities to promote USAID-ERRA messages. The Manager will also participate in project reviews and planning and oversee content production for all platforms.
Grants Manager, USAID-ERRA

Grants Specialist, USAID-ERRA

Reporting to the Grants Manager and working as an integral part of ERRA, the Grants Specialist will provide management of sub-grants to ERRA grantees and assist with the grant-making and reporting of the project. They will support sub-grant finance, risk mitigation, and compliance; build grantee capacity in related areas, manage the competitive sub-granting process, conduct financial assessments and monitoring (SRFA/M) for all grantees, and provide tailored capacity building as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for managing programmatic and financial compliance with donor guidelines. S/he will assist in the budget development process and perform budget analysis duties as required.
Administrative Assistant, USAID-ERRA

The job holder is responsible for providing administrative support to ERRA. S/he will have the specific responsibility of ensuring the quality of service delivery is consistent, efficient, responsive and seamless. The job holder will work closely with the Finance and Administration Officer, project/programme managers, and the corporate services team to see that the performance standards are achieved with respect to administration within the ERRA Programme.
