The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) of Kenya is an autonomous government agency dedicated to combating corruption and promoting ethical standards across all sectors. Established under the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Act, No. 22 of 2011 and anchored in Article 79 of the Kenyan Constitution, the EACC’s multifaceted approach includes law enforcement, preventive measures, public education, and fostering integrity and anti-corruption practices. We are currently inviting applications for various positions from candidates who are committed to integrity, ethics, and the fight against corruption.

1. Driver II

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transporting staff and goods to designated locations.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, including performing regular checks and following maintenance schedules.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks like mail delivery and document filing as needed.

2. Administrative Secretary II

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily administrative operations, managing office supplies, and organizing records.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data management.

3. Human Resource Officer II – Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing the organization’s payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment regulations.
  • Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll.

4. ICT Officer II – Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new software programs to enhance EACC’s operations.
  • Maintaining and improving the performance of existing software.
  • Providing technical support to users and training staff on new applications.

5. ICT Assistant II

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the maintenance and support of ICT systems and infrastructure.

6. Risk Management Officer II

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and reporting on risk management issues.
  • Implementing strategies to prevent, minimize, or mitigate risks.
  • Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on intelligence data.
  • Supporting the implementation of surveillance and investigation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in the coordination of field operations and projects.
  • Ensuring resources and equipment are available and in good condition.

9. Human Resource Assistant II

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment, staff development, and employee relations.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR policies are up to date.
  • Supporting the HR department in implementing programs and initiatives.

10. Security Assistant III

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining security protocols and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Conducting regular security assessments and drills.
  • Responding to security incidents and providing emergency support.

11. Investigation Officer II – Lawyer

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and providing counsel on corruption-related cases.
  • Representing the EACC in court and legal proceedings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and evidence.

12. Investigation Officer II – Digital Forensic Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Performing digital forensic examinations to support investigations.
  • Analyzing electronic data to uncover and interpret evidence of wrongdoing.

Responsibilities:

  • Examining financial records and transactions to detect fraud or non-compliance.
  • Conducting audits of public institutions and entities.
  • Preparing financial reports and advising on financial compliance and controls.

  • Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the EACC.
