Available Positions
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- Office Assistant: As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring that office operations run smoothly. Your role will involve managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting in the organization of meetings and events.
- Driver II: The Driver II role involves providing reliable and safe transportation services for KSG staff and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing timely transportation services.
- Accountant: In the Accountant position, you will manage financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your work will be critical in maintaining the financial health of the institution.
- Senior Office Administrator: The Senior Office Administrator will oversee office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and provide leadership to administrative staff. This role is central to ensuring efficient office management and supporting senior management in achieving organizational goals.
- Records Management Officer: As a Records Management Officer, your responsibility will be to maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring that all documents are properly archived and accessible when needed. You will play a key role in managing the institution’s information resources.
- Information Communication Technology Officer: The ICT Officer will support the School’s technological infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, efficient, and up to date. This role is critical in maintaining KSG’s digital operations and supporting technology-driven projects.
- Senior Corporate Communication Officer: In this role, you will manage internal and external communications, ensuring that KSG’s message is effectively conveyed to the public and stakeholders. Your role will involve developing communication strategies, managing media relations, and overseeing content creation.
- Principal Environment Officer: The Principal Environment Officer will lead initiatives related to environmental sustainability within KSG. You will develop and implement policies that promote environmental conservation and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Senior Community Development Officer: The Senior Community Development Officer will engage with communities, developing programs that support community growth and development. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to implement community-based projects.
- Principal Planning Officer: The Principal Planning Officer will be responsible for developing strategic plans, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating outcomes. Your work will be vital in guiding the institution’s long-term growth and ensuring that objectives are met.
- Technician / Engineering Assistant: In this role, you will support engineering projects, providing technical assistance and ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Engineer: As an Engineer, you will be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects within KSG. Your expertise will contribute to the development and maintenance of the institution’s infrastructure.
- Senior Engineer: The Senior Engineer will oversee engineering projects, providing leadership and ensuring that all projects meet technical specifications and are completed on time.
- Principal Engineer: In this leadership role, you will manage the engineering department, overseeing all engineering activities and ensuring that the institution’s infrastructure is developed and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manager Legal Services: The Manager Legal Services will provide legal advice, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and represent KSG in legal matters. Your expertise will be critical in managing the institution’s legal risks and supporting its operations.
