The Anti-Female Genital Mutilation Board (herein after referred to as “the Board”) is a semi autonomous government agency that was established in December 2013 following the enactment of the Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Act, 2011. The Board invites applications from qualified persons for the following vacant positions:
Senior Office Assistant: Support senior staff in administrative tasks, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Driver: Responsible for safely transporting personnel and official materials, maintaining the vehicle, and following road safety regulations.
Customer Care Assistant: Manage inquiries, provide information, and address concerns from the public, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
Office Administrator: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure effective communication within the organization.
Senior Accountant: Handle advanced accounting tasks, financial reporting, and contribute to financial decision-making processes.
Senior Internal Auditor: Conduct internal audits, assess financial controls, and provide recommendations for improving organizational efficiency.
Senior Administration Officer: Supervise administrative functions, streamline processes, and collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow.
Programmes Officer: Develop, implement, and monitor programs aimed at combating Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).
Public Communications Officer: Manage public relations, create awareness campaigns, and communicate the organization’s initiatives to the public.
Human Resource Management Officer: Handle HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations.
Senior Programmes Officer: Lead and coordinate advanced program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Assistant Director, Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement processes, manage the supply chain, and ensure cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Assistant Director, Information Communication Technology: Manage and enhance the organization’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring efficient technology utilization.
Assistant Director, Programmes – Policy and Research: Develop and implement programs while contributing to policy formulation and research initiatives.
Assistant Director, Programmes: Lead and oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Assistant Director, Public Communications: Direct communication strategies, publicize initiatives, and manage the organization’s public image.
Director, Policy and Research: Head the policy and research department, providing strategic direction and overseeing research activities.
Director, Programmes: Lead the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and overseeing program managers.
