Available Positions
1. Principal Engineer – Agriculture
Lead the engineering division by managing agricultural infrastructure projects, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. You will oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability.
2. Principal Agricultural Officer – Crops
Drive crop production strategies to optimize yields and promote sustainable farming practices. This role involves supervising crop management programs, monitoring field operations, and integrating research findings into actionable plans for the organization.
3. Agricultural Officer I
Support agricultural initiatives by coordinating crop and livestock production activities. This role focuses on implementing agricultural programs, guiding farmers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in farming.
4. Veterinary Officer I
Provide veterinary services to ensure the health and welfare of livestock. This role includes managing disease control programs, advising on animal health strategies, and supporting the overall productivity of livestock projects.
5. Agricultural Officer II
Assist in the execution of agricultural development programs, working closely with senior officers. You will participate in farmer education, monitor field operations, and support efforts to enhance agricultural outputs.
6. Research Officer II
Conduct applied research to develop innovative agricultural solutions, addressing challenges faced by farmers and stakeholders. This position involves gathering data, analyzing results, and providing recommendations to improve productivity and sustainability.
7. ICT Officer II
Manage the corporation’s ICT systems to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software, safeguarding data integrity, and driving digital transformation to enhance efficiency within ADC.
8. Corporate Communication Officer II
Handle the organization’s communication needs by developing content, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging. You will play a vital role in promoting ADC’s vision and activities to stakeholders.
9. Legal Officer II
Provide legal support to ADC by ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, reviewing contracts, and handling legal matters. This role also involves offering legal advice and supporting the organization in dispute resolution.
10. Customer Assistant/Switchboard Operator
Act as the primary contact point for inquiries and communication. You will manage calls, direct customers to the appropriate services, and maintain a positive image of the organization by delivering excellent customer service.
