Our principal function is to oversee the implementation and reporting of the budgets of the national and county governments, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the management of public resources. Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Staff: Play an essential role in the daily operations of our offices, assisting in various departments and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Driver: Responsible for transporting staff and materials securely and punctually, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all traffic laws.

Clerical Officer: Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management, supporting the operational efficiency of our offices.

Assistant Accountant: Assist in financial processing and reporting, support budget preparation, and ensure adherence to financial policies and guidelines.

Customer Care Assistant: Provide frontline assistance to our stakeholders, handle inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, and ensure a satisfactory client experience.

Administrative Assistant: Coordinate office activities, manage schedules, and provide support to ensure effective administration of departmental functions.

Accountant: Oversee financial records, prepare budget reports, and contribute to financial forecasting and strategy.

County Budget Coordinator: Liaise with county governments to ensure effective implementation of budgets, provide technical support, and monitor expenditure.

Manager Legal Services: Manage legal resources, provide advisory services, and ensure that the operations of the OCOB adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Director, Corporate Services: Lead corporate services divisions, formulate strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, and manage human resources, finance, and administration.
