The candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the corporate private and public cloud. This includes hypervisor (VMware), servers, operating systems, storage, and other system administration tasks. Develops, coordinates, and maintains the cloud infrastructure in production and disaster recovery to ensure uptime and business continuity. Analyzes system security needs and assists in developing standards, guidelines, and statements of direction for corporate ICT system architectures.
Cargo Charters Manager
The candidate will oversee the execution of the Cargo organization’s chartering business, which includes managing resources and risks, evaluating potential business development opportunities to ensure profitability and competitiveness. This includes leveraging on networks to negotiate with various parties on aircraft availability, spot and time charter deals.
WORKFLOW COORDINATOR
Responsible for ensuring that Customer Excellence Center operations and workflow procedures are in place and adhered to, to maximize staff productivity and work efficiency. The role will support the Customer Excellence Center teams in various Man-power planning and administrative tasks. The role will liaise with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the Customer Excellence Center agents are adhering to the set standards, procedures and policies of Kenya Airways while offering the highest-level of service. The role will coordinate with the IT department to ensure maximum System availability of Customer Excellence Center systems and work stations. Responsible for Customer Excellence Center Performance management reports & insights on service improvement as per industry standards and global trends.
Database Administrator
The candidate will design, configure, implement, support, and maintain enterprise databases, and implement and monitor database controls to ensure information integrity.
Financial Accountant
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial records and transactions by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions in the General Ledger. He/she shall perform preparation of the monthly, semi-annual and annual financial reports such as consolidated balance sheet, consolidated income statement and consolidated cash flow statement for the Group and company and ensure that the annual audited financial statements are in compliance with the applicable company/group accounting standards, statutory requirements, the IFRSs and IASs. He/she shall coordinate GL closure by ensuring the closing timetable is circulated on time and that all the sub-ledger modules are closed as per the closing timetable.

Head of Engineering Services
• The candidate will be responsible for the core activity of the Engineering Services organisation, ensuring strategic development and management of fleet safety, operational reliability, technical standards, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a cost-effective operation and maintenance of the fleet through provision of technical and commercial management. He/she will develop long term direction and scope of the organisation to ensure profitability and growth, driving organizational and operational efficiency value at optimum cost.
He/She will also be responsible in managing key business relationships with major OEM and MRO providers, and Engine Leasing companies, and providing strong leadership in the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new supplier support opportunities for the business.
Lead Technical Materials, ASE, Tooling & Facilities
• The candidate will provide guidance for new systems and enhancements to existing systems/applications, and insights to key stakeholders to plan, direct and coordinate activities for provision of aviation support services. Develop insights and understanding of the market for the MRO including growth opportunities.
To ensure that strategic inventories, Tooling & ASE control processes are in place to enable operational and maintenance continuity. Takes a co-coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy maintenance requirements. Able to deliver efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet maintenance requirements.
Develop coordinates and plan warehouse storage and distribution strategies for all technical materials, Equipment and Tools to ensure an effective business support through timely availability of materials and spares. Ensure all corrective maintenance activities are responded to and completed by the outsourced facility maintenance contractor, within agreed contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), by monitoring output performance, chairing regular performance review forums. Technical asset management through running of day-to-day sub -ledger. Day to day management of all materials in outstation and outsourced consignment globally.
