To achieve its corporate objectives, KBC is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals to join its Advertising Department. The Corporation aims to fill the following positions:

REF: AD/01/07/2023: ADVERTISING EXECUTIVES (FREELANCERS)

• Mombasa: 2 positions
• Nairobi: 8 positions

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare sales presentations for the Corporation.
2. Generate new business opportunities by building a strong portfolio of brands.
3. Achieve business revenue and contribution targets.
4. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Gather market intelligence to devise effective selling strategies.
6. Develop innovative concepts and ideas for Radio, TV, and Digital platforms for use in presentations.
7. Create awareness of available advertising opportunities within the Corporation.
8. Handle client account reconciliation and resolve queries.
9. Manage customer relationships and business effectively.
10. Submit monthly sales projections and achieve monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field.
2. Two years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to foster long-standing client relationships.
5. Exceptional client service skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Understanding and experience in the industry will be an added advantage.
