The store has now reopened to the public and the police have started an investigation into the vandalism.

Woolworths told Daily Mail Australia no one was injured when the vandalism occurred before the store opened.

‘We are grateful to the police and fire brigade for their presence. There is no reason for vandalism and we will continue to liaise with Queensland Police.”
