Vogue Williams was skinny-shamed by cruel trolls after she modelled a range of swimwear from Marks and Spencer.

The high street brand were forced to jump in to defend the mother-of-three, 37, and told followers they ‘won’t tolerate negative comments’ after the video was uploaded on their Instagram page on Sunday.

Vogue, who was on holiday with husband Spencer Matthews and their children, showed off a black swimming costume and blue bikini she wore to the beach.

The montage was uploaded to Marks and Spencer’s Instagram page.

But the video sparked controversy with Vogue being skinny-shamed by followers who said she was ‘too thin’, while other fans voiced their concern.

One wrote: ‘I would never put negative comments about a person but I did stop this ad quite quickly and I’m sorry but I felt it wasn’t directed at your every day woman modelling a swim suit and no harm Vogue.’

Another added: ‘Shocking advertising #promote body positivity’.

Marks and Spencer wrote: ‘A kind reminder to our followers that we use our platform in a positive way.

‘We’re proud to represent and celebrate people of all shapes and sizes. We won’t tolerate any unkind or negative comments and anything unacceptable will be deleted. Let’s all continue to uplift one another. Love M&S x’.

Many supported Vogue in the comment section.

One wrote: ‘She looks great. Women come in shapes and sizes and all women are ‘real’ and ‘normal’ no matter their size.’

Another added: ‘Real women come in all sizes and shapes, it’s incredibly sad to see comments body shaming other peoples bodies’ and ‘I think she looks amazing, gorgeous family.’

It comes after Vogue revealed Spencer was hospitalised for two days of his family holiday after overdosing on cold sore tablets.

Vogue told how disaster struck while they were in Spain recently as the former Made in Chelsea star, 35, became unwell.

The family, including Spencer, Vogue and her auntie were all also taken down with a sickness bug while away as the trip descended further into chaos.

Speaking on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me with co-host Joanne McNally she said: ‘Spenny was hospitalised for two days because he is a little b***h and he can’t handle it.’

‘Well I will tell you what, he overdosed on coldsore tablets. I am not joking, I am not joking, I’m not. He overdosed on cold sore tablets and his liver function, because he did it for a full week, taking ten of these things and he said ‘oh they’re fine’.

The parents were enjoying time away with their children – Theodore, four, Gigi, three, and baby Otto, 15 months.
