Gold Coast influencer and TikTok star Veruca Salt has shared a heartbreaking video of son Cash after revealing on Monday that the child ‘died in his sleep’.
Veruca, whose real name is Kimberley Summer Hartley, shared a video of the smiling newborn on social media early Wednesday morning.
“Oh my god, I love you so much. Do you know? Do you know how much I love you?’ Veruca gushed in the video.
Cash then smiled in response, causing the 25-year-old TikTok star to giggle.
She simply captioned the video with a heartbroken emoji.

Veruca revealed on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday that six-week-old Cash had “died in his sleep” on Monday morning, sparking an outpouring of tributes.
On Sunday, Veruca revealed in a TikTok video that the pair were out for Cash’s “first trip to the hospital” because “he hasn’t pooped in seven days.”
She cradled Cash in her arms and looked at the little boy in his blue jumpsuit decorated with sea creatures, pelicans and lighthouses – unaware that she was spending her last precious hours with him.

After returning from the hospital on Sunday, Veruca assured fans in the comments of the video that Cash was “fine.”
A fan of hers wrote in a comment that her children had the same problem as little Cash “because I was breastfeeding, and it was all natural.”
Veruca replied, “Yes, that’s why I’m not super panicked because he’s actually doing fine, I just wanted to check.”
Hours later, her son died.
The video has since been flooded with tributes and condolence messages.
‘It is with a heavy heart that I write this. My baby died in his sleep on Monday morning,” Veruca told her 285,000 followers on Tuesday.
‘I don’t know what happened, he’s having an autopsy this week, but it’s unlikely I’ll ever get an answer.
“I’m only saying this because people still comment on my TikToks saying how happy I am with him and ‘just wait for the toddler phase’ and all that, and I really can’t take it anymore. I’m so sorry.’

Queensland Police said initial investigations indicate the death was not suspicious.
“At this time it is still under investigation and we are awaiting the autopsy results,” Gold Coast Chief Inspector Craig Hanlon said.
‘It is clearly a tragic situation and our thoughts go out to the mother and the family.’
Police confirmed they were called to a unit in Southport at around 6.13am on Monday.
Veruca gave birth to her son, Cash Harrison Stirling, on December 19 and confirmed the news with her followers in an Instagram post.
“My perfect, beautiful angel baby,” she wrote alongside images of his birth.
Veruca has since shared dozens of moments from her first six weeks with Cash, which she described as “experiencing the purest form of love.”
Another video posted a day before Sunday’s hospital visit shows Veruca gushing over Cash and showing off another of his adorable outfits.
