Even though a lot of people have a type when it comes to their romantic preferences, some end up dating people with the same character and personality over again and again. However, it is a habit that Tanzanian Musician Rajab Abdul Kahali, popularly known as Harmonize has termed as a cold war between the heart and mind.
Taking to his Instastories on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the Bongo star cautioned his fans against dating people with similar resemblance to their previous partners.
He explained that dating someone who resembles your ex-partner not only reminds you of them but also creates a comparison conflict between your current and previous love life.
He further warned his followers against being compared to someone else when it comes to dating.
“Kuachana na mtu ukawa namtu anaefanana nae!! Hiyo ni vita baridi kati ya moyo wako vs akili zako. Usifananishe wala usikubali kufananishwa (Dating someone who has a similar resemblance to your ex-partner is a cold war between your heart and mind. Do not compare and don’t agree to be compared to someone else),” he stated.
