Gaethje enters the octagon with a 24-4 record, last defeating Rafael Fiziev in March 2023 at UFC 286. The man known as “The Diamond” is 29-7, last vanquishing Michael Chandler in November 2022 at UFC 281. Will Gaethje make it 2-0 against Poirier? Time will tell.
