Tyson Fury looks shell-shocked as he watches Anthony Joshua’s devastating second-round knockout of Francis Ngannou from ringside… making his struggle against the ex-MMA fighter look embarrassing

Tyson Fury looked on in shock as Anthony Joshua destroyed Francis Ngannou with a brutal knockout in the second round.

The Gypsy King was ringside for the main event in Riyadh to witness Joshua’s fight against the former UFC fighter, whose only other professional fight was against Fury last October.

During that encounter, Ngannou shocked the world by going the distance with Fury and knocking the heavyweight to the ground.

That performance led to his showdown with Joshua, but Fury would witness a devastating performance from the British boxer.

After watching the 34-year-old knock Ngannou to the ground twice in the first two rounds, a devastating right hand finally ended the fight.

The knockout punch caused the Cameroonian to hit the canvas and was left as doctors and trainers tried to revive him after the match-ending punch.

As Joshua celebrated his win, Fury looked on in shock, staring at the floor in disbelief at how AJ secured the victory.

Back in the ring, Joshua was seen pulling the trigger with his hand in the direction of those watching ringside, although it is not clear if it was aimed at the Gypsy King.

Victory for Joshua now puts him in prime position to face the winner of Fury’s clash with Oleksandr Usyk later this year, setting up a potential showdown between Britain’s two heavyweights.

After the fight, Eddie Hearn spoke about a possible meeting between the two, making the case for Fury to beat the Ukrainian in May and set up what he called ‘the biggest fight in British boxing history’.

Fury’s reaction to seeing events unfold in the Middle East could point to his realization of Anthony Joshua’s return to the best form he has ever been in.

Earlier in the evening, the 35-year-old reacted much better as he watched his brother, Roman Fury, win his fight against Martin Svarc on the show’s undercard.
