Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg pushed over the referee in a bizarre incident.
Hojbjerg was frustrated that official Allard Lindhout blocked his way to the ball and then pushed him over.
The incident occurred during Denmark’s goalless draw in a friendly at home against Switzerland, with Hojbjerg not being punished.
Tottenham midfielder Hojbjerg played 84 minutes, with Manchester United stars Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen also starting.
Crystal Palace’s Joachim Andersen and Leicester’s Jannik Vestergaard were also involved, while Brentford’s Mathias Jensen came on as a substitute.

Hojbjerg has extensive experience at international level and has been capped 74 times by his country.
Denmark is part of the England group for Euro 2024, which also includes Slovenia and Serbia.
Commenting on Hojbjerg’s pressure on the referee, one user on X wrote: ‘Definitely red if he did that in PL’.
However, another user argued that Hojbjerg’s actions were “completely justified.”
