Rocker Tommy Lee is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a helicopter as they flew from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2003.
The woman said in court documents obtained by TMZ that she was a friend of the pilot, and he invited her on the trip.
But when she arrived at the tarmac, she found Tommy Lee, the Motley Crue drummer, waiting to board the helicopter with them.
It is not clear whether she knew Lee before the February 2003 meeting.
She claims Lee, now 61, and the pilot drank cocaine, snorted and smoked marijuana during the flight.

She said Lee – who divorced his third wife, Pamela Anderson, in 1998 – then grabbed her and forced her to sit on his lap.
The woman said Lee groped her and kissed her, and when she tried to pull away, he grabbed her and pulled her back to him. She said he then penetrated her with his fingers and groped her breasts.
She said Lee pulled down his pants and tried to push her head into his crotch, but she struggled free.
Upon landing in Los Angeles, Lee hugged her and then took off, and the woman and pilot flew back to San Diego in silence.
She said she never went to the police because she thought she wouldn’t be believed.
Lee did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
