Tom Brady continues his tour of English soccer as he’s spotted at the Etihad for Man City’s game against Tottenham… a day after NFL legend watched his Birmingham team struggle to a draw against Rotherham!

Tom Brady was undeterred by seeing his Birmingham team finish with a 0-0 draw against Rotherham on Saturday and continued his football tour of Britain on Sunday when Manchester City took on Tottenham in the Premier League.

The NFL legend, who hung up his boots at the end of last season, swapped one football for another when he recently bought a stake in Championship side Birmingham, heading across the pond to watch their match on Saturday.

And now, instead of flying straight back to the US, Brady is sticking around for a much more high-profile match in the North East, heading to the Etihad for a huge EPL clash between City and Spurs.

City’s social media team shared two photos of a dapper-looking Brady arriving at the Eihad ahead of the match, with the ex-patriot icon wearing a gray jacket and scarf as he smiled for the cameras.

Brady watched Birmingham’s training ahead of their match against Rotherham on Friday and then spent time with manager Wayne Rooney before sitting in the stands to watch the 0-0 draw as the Blues continued to struggle this season .

He announced that he had taken a small part in the second-tier football team on August 3 on his 46th birthday and the team made a promising start to the season under former coach John Eustace.

Brady appeared at Birmingham’s first home game of the new season – a 1-0 win against Leeds United – in August and the seven-time Super Bowl winner was welcomed by the team’s passionate fanbase.

They have since let Eustace go and appointed Rooney, with results since falling off a cliff and dropping them to 15th in the table.

When Brady announced his stake in the team in August, he admitted he needed to educate himself about the “different” football.

Let’s just say I still have a lot to learn. But I do know a few things about winning, and I think they translate well,” Brady said.

“I know that success starts with the work put in when the world isn’t watching. I know a team is nothing without the city showing up and standing behind it. And most importantly, I know I like being the underdog.”

Brady retired from the NFL in February after his Tampa Bay Buccaneers team was eliminated from the playoffs by the Dallas Cowboys.
